Eligibility for returns

You can return any item purchased from Rejazz within 14 days of receiving it, for a full cash refund.

Your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the Rejazz tag (and any original brand tags if applicable) still attached.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return postage. You are responsible for the item until it arrives at our HQ, so we recommend using a tracked and recorded delivery service.
How to return an item

Contact us: Email our customer service team at rejazzmail@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you authorisation and instructions for postage.

Package and post: Ensure the item is securely packaged and post to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund: Our team will inspect your item and once approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
If you've received an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of return postage and provide a full refund.
