2. Drop off or collection

If you select drop off on our form: We'll email you a pre-paid shipping label (QR code) to drop off your items at any EVRi parcelshop.

If you select pick up on our form: We'll email you a link to book a free collection from you.

3. We handle everything

4. Get paid

You get emailed when an item sells and can choose to have your payout as cash, credit or donation to charity! Funds are transferred same day.

  • What types of clothing can I send you?
    We accept a range of high quality women's clothing, accessories and shoes. Complete our online form to have your items appraised by a member of our team. Please note: Items our accepted brands list will be automatically accepted following form completion. We do not currently accept items from fast fashion brands such Shein, Missguided, H&M, Primark etc. Items can show signs of wear but should not be damaged (no rips, stains or peeling designs!). We do not accept counterfeit items.
  • What payout will I get?
    For each item sold, you keep 50% of the sale price. However, we offer special rates for first-time sellers and high-value designer items: First time sellers: Enjoy a higher share of 60% on your first bag of clothes sent to us. Designer items: Keep 70% of the sale price for all designer items valued at over £200. Our commission covers: item collection, quality control (washing, steaming and repairing where necessary), optimal price research, on-model photography, marketing (across our social media channels), listing (across several resale platforms), storage, customer service and postage of your items. Our payout is the highest of all managed marketplaces in the UK (our competitors payout between 10-40%)!
  • What platforms do you sell on?
    We cross-list your items across a range of platforms including Vinted, Depop, eBay, Vestiaire Collective and our website, to increase the chances of your items selling!
  • Who decides the selling price of my items?
    We have a team dedicated to analysing the current resale market to find an optimal price for your items. However, you will be emailed as soon as your items are live and if you'd like to adjust the pricing of any of your items up or down - just let us know via email or WhatsApp (+447818439860).
  • What happens if my items don't sell?
    At Rejazz, we understand that not every item may find its perfect match right away. If your items don't sell after six months, we offer the following options: Re-list: You have the option to re-list your unsold items at a reduced price for another chance at finding a buyer. Return: If you prefer to have your unsold items returned to you, we'll arrange for them to be shipped back at your expense. Donate: Alternatively, you can choose to have your unsold items donated to charity. We partner with reputable organisations to ensure that your items are put to good use and benefit those in need.
  • How do I send you my clothes?
    There are two options when it comes to returning your clothes to us. Drop off: We email you a pre-paid shipping label and you can send us your clothes via any EVRi drop off point. (No printer required). Click here to find your nearest EVRi drop off point. Pick up: We'll arrange for a courier to collect your clothes direct from you. Both options are completely free!
  • How do I get paid?
    Once an item sells, you get an email notifying you. This will include a link to a form to submit details on how you'd like to be paid (bank transfer, PayPal), including an option to have your proceeds donated to charity. You can choose to have these preferences saved for all future payouts.
  • How does the selling process work?
    Selling your pre-loved clothes with Rejazz is simple and hassle-free. Here's how it works: Contact: Tell us a little about the clothes you want to sell by filling out our short online form - or by chatting with us on WhatsApp (+447818439860). Send Us Your Clothes: Once your request is accepted, gather up the items you'd like to sell and ensure they're in good condition. You have two options for sending us your clothes (drop them off at your nearest EVRi point or we can pick up direct from you). We Handle Everything: We'll handle the process of photographing, listing, and marketing your items on our platform to maximise their visibility and appeal to potential buyers. Earn Cash: You'll get notified via email when an item sells and you can select your preferred payment method (via bank transfer, PayPal or you can choose to donate the proceeds to charity).
  • Where are you based?
    We are based in the UK and are only currently able to offer our selling services to sellers located in the UK and Northern Ireland. We are actively working on expanding our reach and hope to serve customers in wider regions soon.
  • Are all of your items quality checked?
    Every item listed on Rejazz has been quality checked by our team to ensure they are of high standard. Designer items are authenticated by a third party.
  • Do you offer returns?
    You can return your item within 14 days for a full refund. Please note, return shipping is at your own expense. If you return your item within 28 days, you will receive the equivalent amount in store credits to use on another item on our site.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We currently only ship to the UK and Ireland. If you are based elsewhere and would like to make a purchase, message our customer service team at rejazzmail@gmail.com to see if this can be arranged.
